We are looking for dependable, motivated, career minded paint enthusiasts who would like to become the very best Sprayers in the Wood Cabinetry Business. to join our " Sprayer Top Gun" Program.
If chosen for the program you will go through our intensive training program as you progress through the training, you will receive a pay increase. The minimum starting rate is $13.50 for a new trainee per hour with full benefits. The shift hours are Monday to Friday from 0600AM to 3:30PM with occasional Saturdays.
As a Top Gun sprayer Trainee Associate you will learn and perform many function such as mixing finish components, checking gloss, adjusting mixture for humidity fluctuation, preparing of wood parts and the spraying of wood parts with sealer , top coat and stain. This position will require that you pass a color blind test and a spraying skills test.
You will be working in a team based environment contributing to the building of quality cabinetry for our valued customers while watching your career take off..
