Woodmont Cabinetry is a private family-owned, faith-based cabinet manufacturer that is committed to Integrity Ingrained in all that we do.

We are looking for Experienced Maintenance Technicians and Lead Maintenance Technician to join our growing family. We currently have positions available for our first and second shift at our Dallas Plant and for First Shift at our Cedar Hill Plant.

*Job Description:*

Maintain and be responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, electrical work, hvac, machinery, in addition to performing grounds maintenance. All work will be done in compliance with EPA, Hazmat and OSHA safety rules and regulations.

Perform Preventive Maintenance functions

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal skills, Have the ability to relate and communicate to individuals at all levels in the organization.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Strong mechanical knowledge
  • Min 3 years experience working in a manufacturing industry as a Maintenance Technician
  • Strong preventive maintenance knowledge
  • Good electrical skills- able to read schematics
  • Able to lift 30 to 40 lbs. 8 hrs a day
  • Able to reach 3ft 8 hrs a day
  • Able to stay on feet up to 8 to 10 hours throughout the day
  • Person needs to have tools of the trade to work on manufacturing machinery

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Needs to be a self-motivator, able to learn new tasks quickly.
  • Able to reset motor overloads and circuit breakers
  • Permissible in any 480 volt circuit or less but to follow guidelines given.

- Ability to Trouble shoot, diagnose and fix manufacturing equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose and fix control panels with prior notice to
Maintenance lead or plant manager.
- Ability to change motors, who can learn equipment and talk with techs when
needed.
- Ability to fill out requisitions. to order parts.
